About the role

The Sales Team Leader will oversee the daily performance, coaching, and development of Sales Representatives who connect with prospective clients, understand their financial challenges, and guide qualified individuals toward appropriate debt relief solutions.

This role combines sales leadership, performance management, team development, and client experience excellence. The ideal candidate is a results-driven sales leader who can motivate teams, improve conversion performance, maintain compliance standards, and foster a culture of accountability and empathy.

Key responsibilities include leading daily sales activities, conducting coaching sessions, monitoring key performance indicators, analyzing sales trends, improving sales processes, and supporting representatives in achieving revenue and quality targets. The Sales Team Leader will collaborate with Operations, Training, Quality Assurance, and Licensed Insolvency Trustee partners to ensure a seamless and responsible client journey.

The successful candidate will have strong contact center sales leadership experience, a proven ability to exceed targets, and the ability to balance business results with ethical and customer-focused sales practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets while maintaining a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture.
  • Manage daily sales operations, including team huddles, performance reviews, KPI tracking, and action plans to improve conversion rates, productivity, and revenue performance.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions, call reviews, and skill development activities to enhance consultative selling, objection handling, client engagement, and closing abilities.
  • Ensure sales conversations are professional, empathetic, compliant, and aligned with company policies, privacy standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze sales trends, identify improvement opportunities, and implement strategies to optimize team performance and sales processes.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Training, Quality Assurance, and Licensed Insolvency Trustee partners to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Provide performance reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership while supporting employee growth, engagement, and retention.
